Regional Tournament Results Posted

The results of the Mid-Cities Creativity Regional Tournament Results have been published (click here).  Thanks again to Irving ISD for hosting the Tournament.  Thanks also to all of our appraisers and officials who made the tournament possible.

If your team is not advancing you should take time to celebrate the teams season.

Make sure your team takes time to disucss the process it went through this season.  Team members can learn a lot from sitting down to talk.  As the team manager, put effort toward promoting discussion and open conversation after the Tournament.  Your team should be encouraged to talk aout any rough patches, successes and stressful moments.  Have a team member take notes for next season.

Regardless of your team's placement in the Tournament, you should emphasize all the eam has accomplished over the course of the season.  Your team has leared a tremendous amount over the last few weeks, and team memers have undoubtedly grown personally.  Have a party to celebrate everything the team has accomplished.

Make sure your team takes the time to acknowledge your supporters.  Destination ImagiNation is a community-based program, and teams couldn't succeed without support from family, friends and community members.  Consider writing thank-you notes or sending cards to offer your gratitude.
