Tournament Helper Registration
Every team presenting at the Mid-Cities Tournament is required to provide a Tournament Helper to work at the Tournament.
Tournament Helpers work a 2 hour shift. Parents of Team Members can take the role of Tournament Helper because Tournament Helpers will be scheduled around the Team Challenge Performance time of the team they are representing. Helpers may be scheduled to work during the teams Instant Challenge time but no one but the Team Manager is allowed to go with the team in to Instant Challenge.
Tournament Helpers should complete this form and submit it prior to the December Tournament Registration Deadline. Please complete as much information as you know. At a minimum we must have the name of the Team Manager of the team you are representing so we can match you up with the team for scheduling purposes. When you have completed the form click the submit button. You will receive an email confirmation that you have registered. If you gave us the email address of the team you are representing they will also receive an email confirming your registration. If you would like a printed copy of this information, the easiest option is to wait for the confirmation email and print out the email.
